Caring for the elderly is something our Direct Support Workers know very well. We can help with your daily living activities so you can stay in your home where you want to be. We specialise in and are proud to have the best aged care support workers available. All of our Direct Support Workers have at a minimum, a criminal record check, industry qualifications specialising in individual support, a first aid certificate and transport. In addition to this the majority of them have chosen to be compliant with NSW Health vaccination requirements and have acquired a working with children check. Once employed we put all staff through an intensive workplace health and safety induction and provide further training specific to the tasks involved in being a quality Direct Support Worker. For case management, we work in partnership with organisations whose expertise is managing your Home Care package. They specialise in navigating the industry and have an in depth understanding of the policies, processes and figures surrounding home care package domain, taking out the guess work and giving you the information you need to make the best decisions you can regarding your support requirements. You get the best of both worlds! Experts who are the best at what they dol!
